Item 1 Cookie Jar of ribbed pressed glass with plated silver mounts. The eye catching colour is named pigeon blood. It would have been decorative piece rather than daily use. From the early 1900's. Size is: 8.5ins (21cms.) from the tip of the handles. It is 9.5ins (23cms) from bottom to tip of finial. |

Item 2 Pansy dish: A horse shoe shaped dish for displaying pansies or other small flowers. It is pale green and has a satinized surface. This type of glass was made by the Tiffin Glass Co., Tiffin, Ohio, circa 1930 and was popular gift ware purchased in the china or gift¾ stores. The size is 6.75ins (17.5cms) and 6ins (15.5cms) at the widest point. |

Item 3 SOLD! Lions: Rare pair of lions made by pressed glass method in a mould. There is a registry mark on the bottom, indicating the date of July 3, 1874. These were made by John Darby of Manchester, England and usually sold as a pair to put on the mantle piece. The lions at the Nelson Monument in Trafalgar Square were the models for the mould. |

Item 4 Banana boat: Custard glass banana boat and sauce or candy dish. The name describes the colour. The pattern is Louis XV. The design is raised with gold colour accents. There is a little wear of the gold colour on some pieces. The bowl is 12ins (30cms) long, by 7ins (18.5cms) wide and 5ins (12.5cms) high. The sauce is 5ins (12.5cms) long by 2.5ins (5.5cms) high. We also have a matching 4-piece breakfast set and a water pitcher. |

Item 5 King's crown stemware: Very attractive pressed glass that was introduced in 1800 and has been reproduced several times due its popularity. It was very popular in the 19650's-60's-called depression glass; and is still a hot item with many collectors. The pieces we have have ruby flashed bowls are from this later period. Item 6 Bread plate of pressed glass. Very impressive piece with excellent design of centered wheat sheaf and quote from the Lord's prayer on the rim. Popular in the early 1900's. Price $75.00

Item 7 Depression Glass green pitcher. Made by the Jeanette Glass Co. USA. The pattern is Poinsettia and was manufactured 1931-1935. It is 7.5ins (18.75cms) high and 5.25ins (13cms) diameter at the top rim. |

Item 8 Beautiful blue milk glass pitcher-Victorian. A nice collectors piece. It is almost 6ins (15cms.) high. There are traces of gold coloured floral design on the back side that could be restored or removed quite easily. |

Item 9 Canadian glass: Pressed glass water pitcher. The pattern is Grape and Vine, made by the Trenton glass works, New Glasgow, N.S. (1881-1892). Fortunately the Co. shipped to Ontario and various matching pieces can be found. It is an attractive pattern and sturdy. Height is 9in (23.5cms) and diameter at to rim is 4.75ins (12cms) at the rim. |

Item 12 Miniature breakfast set in green consisting of covered butter dish, covered sugar, spooner and creamer. All pieces are under 3" tall and the diameter of the base of the butter dish is 3.5". The pieces are in mint condition, except the creamer which has a crack below the handle. So, it is priced at $75.00 for the set. |
